What is IPTV in plain language?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is TV delivered through your internet connection instead of through a satellite dish or cable. Same channels, same shows, same sports — just streamed.

How fast is activation after I pay?

Typically within minutes. Once payment is confirmed, the system provisions your account, sends your login details by email, and your service is live. Average activation time is under 30 minutes — usually much less.

What do I receive after subscribing?

Three things by email: your username/password (or M3U link), a quick setup guide for your specific device, and a receipt with your subscription details. That's everything you need.

Which devices are supported?

Almost everything modern: Samsung & LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone/iPad, Android phones/tablets, Android TV, Amazon Fire Stick, MAG boxes, Roku, VIDAA TVs, Windows, macOS — and any device that can run an M3U player.

Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?

One active stream per subscription. If you want to watch on two TVs simultaneously, you need a second subscription. We don't restrict device count — only concurrent streams.

Which app should I install?

It depends on your device. For Smart TVs, HotPlayer or IBO Player work well. For Android/Android TV, TiviMate is excellent. For iOS, IPTV Smarters Pro. Visit our Apps page for the full list with one-tap install codes.

Can I change devices later?

Yes, freely. Your subscription is tied to your account, not your device. Move from phone to TV to laptop as much as you want — as long as you're not streaming on more than one at the same time.

💳 Subscription & Payment

How do plans work?

Pick a duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), pay once upfront, and you're done until renewal. Longer plans cost less per month — a 12-month plan saves around 50% compared to monthly billing.

Is payment secure? What happens to my card?

Payment is handled by a certified, PCI-DSS compliant gateway over an encrypted (TLS) connection. We never see or store your card data — only the transaction amount and confirmation. See our Privacy Policy for the full data handling details.

Will I be auto-renewed? Any surprise charges?

No. We don't auto-renew and we don't store your card. When your subscription ends, the service simply stops. To continue, you renew manually with a single click in your dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

No cash refunds — but we don't leave you without value either. If we fail to deliver, our Service Continuity Guarantee compensates you through extension, replacement, or service credit. Read the full policy on our Refunds page.

Quality & Performance

Is 8K real? What's the catch?

Yes — for content available at 8K from the source. Most content today is mastered in 4K or 1080p; we stream each title at its native resolution (and our infrastructure can carry 8K when it exists). No upscaling tricks, no false advertising.

My stream is buffering — what do I do?

In 90% of cases it's local: weak Wi-Fi, busy router, or low ISP bandwidth. Check by switching to mobile data briefly. If buffering persists, contact us — we have multiple geographic servers and can route you to the closest one within minutes.

What internet speed do I need?

Minimum: 8 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K, 50 Mbps for 8K. These are per-stream. Your real-world speed (measured at peak hours) is what counts, not the marketing number from your ISP.

Do you have issues during big sports finals?

We over-provision capacity ahead of major sports events (we know the schedule too). If anything, our network performs better during them — we route customers to dedicated event servers. Big finals are our showcase, not our weakness.

Is account sharing allowed?

Use within your household is fine. Sharing credentials with friends in a different home is against our Terms — and triggers our automated detection (multi-IP simultaneous streams). Repeated violations result in suspension without compensation.

What data do you collect about me?

Only what we need to run the service: name, email, phone, IP (for security), and your subscription details. We don't track your viewing habits, we don't sell data, and we don't use third-party ad trackers. Full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.

What if my account gets compromised?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We can: reset your password instantly, invalidate the old credentials, issue you new login details, and review activity logs to confirm what happened. Average response time for security issues: under 15 minutes during business hours.

When can I reach support?

WhatsApp: every day of the year — typical response under 10 minutes during business hours, under 1 hour overnight. Email: 12-24 hours. For activation issues and outages, we respond fastest.

What is the "Service Continuity Guarantee"?

Our promise that if our infrastructure fails you, you don't pay the cost. Instead of a cash refund, we extend, replace, or credit your subscription to its full original value. Read the complete terms on our Guarantee page.

How long until I hear back if I write?

Honest answer: median response on WhatsApp is 4 minutes during business hours. Worst case in our records last quarter: 47 minutes (overnight outage triage). We do not use "your message is important to us" autoresponders.

Can I become a reseller?
